Lee High's defense delivered and the Generals salvaged their Region 2D playoff hopes with a quality Mountain 7 District victory over the Warriors of Wise County Central. Central (5-3, 2-3) had hung 66 points and rushed for 631 yards seven days earlier against Abingdon, but the Warriors managed just two touchdowns, 227 yards of total offense and committed three turnovers.
