Official Rules — NETN & SWVA Sports Zone TV Giveaway
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by NETN & SWVA Sports Zone, Jeff Begley, 2837 Ashley St, Kingsport, TN 37664. Contact: scores.netnswvasportszone@gmail.com, 423-354-8588. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Samsung or Best Buy.
2. Prize
One (1) prize: a Samsung 75-Inch Class Mini LED M80H 4K Vision AI Smart TV (2026 model), model UN75M80HAFXZA. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $999.99. The prize was purchased on sale for $699. No cash or prize substitution is permitted except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The prize is awarded as-is.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. The Sponsor, its employees, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
4. How to Enter (two methods, one entry per person)
Method A — Automatic entry (annual subscribers). Any person who holds an active Varsity yearly subscription ($54.99/year) to NETN & SWVA Sports Zone at the time of the drawing is automatically entered. Monthly subscribers are not automatically entered, but may enter by Method B.
Method B — Free entry. Email your full name to scores.netnswvasportszone@gmail.com with the subject line "TV Drawing Entry." No purchase or subscription is required. One entry per person across both methods; duplicate entries will be removed, and a person who qualifies under both methods still receives only one entry.
5. Entry Period
The entry period begins on the date this giveaway is publicly announced and ends Tuesday, December 15, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time for free email entries. Annual subscriptions must be active at the time of the drawing to qualify for automatic entry. Entries received after the deadline will not be included.
6. Drawing
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing on Tuesday, December 15, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, conducted live on the NETN & SWVA Sports Zone Facebook page. The Sponsor's decisions regarding the drawing are final. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Claim
The winner will be notified by email or phone within 24 hours of the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days. If the winner does not respond within seven days, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries. The winner must show valid photo identification when claiming the prize.
8. Prize Delivery
The winner may pick up the prize at the Sponsor's studio, 2837 Ashley St, Kingsport, TN 37664, or the Sponsor will deliver the prize to the winner within the NETN & SWVA Sports Zone coverage area at no charge to the winner. Delivery arrangements must be made within fourteen (14) days of the winner's response.
9. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all taxes and fees associated with receipt of the prize. Because the prize value exceeds $600, the winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the prize value. The Sponsor recommends the winner consult a tax professional.
10. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the Sponsor announcing the winner's name on its website and social media pages, except where prohibited by law.
11. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
